Fear
Envy
Greed
Money is disease

Willing slaves for meager pay
thankful to work our lives away
Full time job, part time mom
Children raised to take your place
Replace your face
Holding on to dreams long gone
Inflation devalued retirement funds
Capitalism runs -on delusions

The entire system was rigged
to benefit a handful of families
who've owned the banks for generations

They use our greed to enslave us
Bootstraps can't reach the elitists
Our leaders-
subservient to their influence, granting wishes

Disease- our monetary economy
Belief- in the myth of mobility
Freedom- is economic democracy
Release- your belief in stability

Hoarding money to retire
Always working longer hours
Afraid the poor will steal your cash
you give it back to the banks
They say thanks
Then they'll loan it out for interest
Bad investments, heavy loses

Everyone thinks
that they can rule the world
but the entire system was rigged to enslave us
and plunder earth's resources

Money makes us needy
Money makes us greedy
Money makes us fight their wars
Money makes us slaves and whores
Money fuels hatred
Money makes us racist
Money corrupts our hopes and dreams
and makes us hate our families

The more money you have
the more people you fear
The bigger the house
the more alone you are
with you nice cars

Fall for the money trap baited with glittery lies
Individualism's miserable we need community to survive
You shouldn't get what you want all the time
To be constantly served is a disease to the mind
Sometimes is fine

Grovel, bow, bend
Kneel servant

The arrogance of masters, the desperation of hunger
Fight for the leftovers
Laughter, psychopathic amusement
Pleading for charity is entertainment

Money is worthless
Money has no purpose
There is no nutrition
Money can't be eaten
It won't keep you dry
or warm you up at night
But, it's okay for paper mache

Ruthless villains, building prisons
To suppress the desperation
Their ideology embraced by the masses
will destroy the planet
The game is theirs and theirs alone
They rule our rulers and control the world,
energy, water, food,
you are a commodity too
This isn't new

You won't ever be them
and you should never try
Miserable, unkind

Lets work together
and get rid of this system
that breeds greed and war

Vthelygmia is not as brutal and remorseless as the bandname and album cover would make you think - it goes far beyond that. These 28 minutes feel like being slaughtered, hacked to bits, gutted, and fully disintegrated afterwards. A wild combination of influences, you will hear elements of black and death metal, deathcore (especially in the excellent production and vocal department), some disturbing ambience and slight touches of doom.
