-LIES POLLUTE THE MIND-
The brain controls the function of one's body
A polluted mind can't process properly
We're wired to maintain social stability
Dishonesty fosters fear, distrust, fragility
Altered synapse leads to lapse
From manipulation of the facts
Living a life of deceit is just needless worry
Ages you early, gives you disease, and hurts memory
We build prisons in our minds
Hiding from judgemental eyes
Trapping the truth to keep us safe
Stripping our soul and making us fake
It leads to distrust and suspicion of others
Subconscious projection, maintaining cover
Defensiveness will supersede
We start to loathe those we need
Pushing everyone close away
Retreating within, never fiding escape
The truth persists, must always come out
Sometimes as cancer, sometimes as gout
Psychologically damaging our mental capacity
Hindering judgement leads to irrationality
Dysfunctioning ethical compass
Leads us to dangerous decisions
Self loathing and regret
Creating extra mental stress
Grinding teeth, can't sleep
Writhing pain hidden beneath
A slippery slide that leaves us blind
Unable to determine what's wrong and right
Destroying our capacity for thought, relationships, and physical health
Limiting our experiences and making life unenjoyable
Live simply, live honestly, with love and clarity
Face your demons and let go of the burden
Rebuild society to let honesty happen
Instead of punishment, promote solutions
Encourage people to face mistakes
We will se more positive change

Heaviest thing I’ve heard all year along with Altarage. Okay I’ve been listening to this record for the past two weeks and it just gets better and better. Dissonant grooves galore Jacob Ballance
