A consumer culture concerned with image
Rebellion means dyeing your hair
No effort or involvement to try and make it better
Just stand in judgement and point your finger
Bland and stale, just rehashing
boring bands we all thought sucked
Marketing an image to piss off your mom
Sell it in the malls, rebellion can be bought
But, it's not about where you choose to shop
for your prepackaged, name-brand suspenders and docks.

Vthelygmia is not as brutal and remorseless as the bandname and album cover would make you think - it goes far beyond that. These 28 minutes feel like being slaughtered, hacked to bits, gutted, and fully disintegrated afterwards. A wild combination of influences, you will hear elements of black and death metal, deathcore (especially in the excellent production and vocal department), some disturbing ambience and slight touches of doom. Immensely violent, utterly satisfying, and just brilliant. David Fischer
